JACK MASSUCCI (VICE-PRESIDENT) |

Jack Massucci
is the longest running member of the Wildcat League beginning his
42nd year of service. Jack began as a site director then initiated
the position of League Fundamentalist where he instructed for 19years.
He became League Secretary in 1988 and to Vice-President in 2000.
Jack is the liaison between schools, the park board, and sites.
He is also in charge of the logistical side of Wildcat. Jack retired
from Concordia High School where he taught and coached for 40 years.
Jack coached football, basketball but was one of the areas finest
baseball coaches. Jack has over 600 victories including 3 final
four appearances including a state runner-up title in 1995. Jack
was elected to the Indiana Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame in 1993.
He and Lois have been married for 42 years and they have 2 children,

BILL DERBYSHIRE (President) |

Bill Derbyshire
has been the league secretary for 11 years. Beginning as a director
of 16 years, Bill has many hats in the office as he oversees equipment
uniforms and Mr. Mac Day activities. He also will help you know
if your site is rained out on the phone lines. Bill took a 5 year
leave of absence to become the Athletic Director at Elmhurst high
school. He also coached baseball at Elmhurst where he holds many
coaching records including most victories (300). His teams gathered
12 Sectional, 2 Regional Crowns and 1 SAC crown in his 17 year tenure.
Bill is presently a math teacher at Blackhawk Christian Schools.
He retired from the Fort Wayne Community Schools with 38 years of
service as a math teacher. Bill has been married to Martha for 42
years and they have two sons, Bill and Bob. |

Gary Rogers
has come to the office after spending 12 years as a site director
at Northwood and then St Joe. His coaching expertise allows Gary
to instruct our staff with current fundamentals of baseball and
softball that are used at each site throughout the year. Gary has
been coaching baseball at the high school level for18 years, 16
as head coach of the Bishop Luers Knights. Gary is presently a guidance
counselor at Paul Harding High School. Gary has been married to
his wife Jackie for 19 years and they have 3 daughter, Melissa,
Emily, and Katie. |

GERRY TILKER (COMMISSIONER) |
| Gerry has come up through the Wildcat ranks working as a junior coach, assistant director and site director before moving to the office as secretary. His 39 years of Wildcat experience allows him to oversee the 15 Wildcat sites and their personnel. Gerry has coached baseball for 20 years and has been a head coach at Elmhurst High School for 7 years. His teams have won 3 SAC conference titles and 1 Sectional crown. Gerry’s last two teams were undefeated in the SAC and accumulated a record of 50 wins and 10 loses. He is presently the Business Department Chairperson at Elmhurst High School completing his 30th year as a teacher. Gerry has been married to his wife Loraine for 29 years and has two daughters, Cori and Danae. | |
